Lack of communication from Wells Fargo

I'm a telemarketer representing a that has been handicapped and not able to spend his mortgage repayments on his home. We've had an present before Losing Mitigation / Short-Sale division since Oct. 11th. The mortgage was initially with GMAC after which offered to Wells Fargo. It's a great present because the BPO arrived set for 15,000 underneath the provided cost... We acquired an expansion for negotiation until this week... The customer will wander given that they have to be in a house prior to the vacation. Both vendor and myself have followed-up using the short-sale department on the daily schedule the maintenance broker claims he's waiting to listen to from Wells Fargo... He'd mentioned this procedure might consider two to three months in the unique day... He today says that there's NOTHING he may do or myself or even the vendor to motivate Wells Fargo to stay conversation using the vendor to inform him wether or not this contract is likely to be approved... in the big-picture... Losing is for less than 30,000 set alongside the lack of 265 if this would go to shiriff sale.

It's violent towards the community that there's no workablity using the mortgage business.

If anybody knows of the method to connect using the Wells Fargo short-sale division, I'd like to hear from you.
