I purchased a service and parts policy on my '06 harley, purchased from Tucson H-D. They always play dumb when queried about policy and whom to contact.
After 1 year (on a 3 year contract), I had a claim. Contacted the co. They said to send the bill and what happened to them in Ohio. 2 months, and no word. Phone call to them and was told it should have been sent yo-Southwest r e, in Addison, TX.
Called them, and was told they never received the claim and receipt.
Have another claim. Need to be towed, but the phone # on the policy is wrong and was told they never heard of -dealers alliance-.
