I dealt with Richardson Imports, but they are owned by the same people that own all of the dealerships above.

I went to the dealership to check out the car & had a few concerns. First off one of the headlights had condensation in it, which meant there was a leak or crack of some sort, that hadn't been fixed. The car also had a loud tapping sound when the engine was started and while it ran & idled.

We asked that they have these problems looked at & it was like pulling teeth to get an honest answer out of them. We finally took things into our own hands and called the Chevrolet dealer ourselves. They could not find any problems with the engine, however the oil was very low in the car, which is most likely what caused the tapping noise. How in the world do you not check the oil when you get a car in??? Especially when you are letting people test drive a car. I should have just told them to keep the car at that point... But i didn't... I really loved it and wanted that one.

I was concerned about other potential problems with the car & wanted to take it to my own mechanic and they would ot allow it because we would of had to of taken the car across state lines.

So finally we went to pick up the car, they assured us that there was nothing wrong with it and that it would pass inspection, and if anything did not pass, they would take care of it.

Upon taking the car in for inspection (since it was out of state) the windshield wipers had to be replaced, all of the lug nut covers were cracked and the 2 front tires BARELY passed inspection. I contacted them via phone and email about the tires and they wouldn't do anything for us. They claim they stand behind all of their cars... This is absolutely false... They don't back up their cars at all.

All they care about is getting cars out as quick as possible. Its obvious that they do not check over the car when they get it in, they clean it and throw it out on their lot. They have awful customer service & do not care about pleasing their customers.

I would highly recommend noone deal with this company... You will be sorry in the end.
