I too have been scammed. A person Frank Scifres advertised on Collector Cars for Sale a Corvette. I purchased it through ATWS the money to be held in escrow until delivery and inspection. Delivery date was to be 10/9/07, but ATWS informed me Customs was holding it. Next delviery date was 10/15/07 and no car. All phone calls were answered with "All our operators are busy. Try later."
Eleven calls later I gave up. Also, all e-mails to seller Frank Scifres and ATWS have not bbeen answered (18 in all). Reported them to Better Business Bureaus in Miami and New York, but apparently from reading others' letters, the Cuadrdo still rides and robs.
