Sunday afternoon and I spent over 5 hours ~ over 10 calls and the WORST customer service a company can have. Hung up on 5 times during a transfer.
Wrong pricing and wrong information. On line is higher than the catalog that just came in the mail this week!
I did not shop here and was going to, NOw that I did 1 order, I will NEVER do it again.
They say free shipping and free tool. I had over $75 order and after that harassment, I bought the one part elsewhere and tried with the brakes.
On line I got a $10 for you since it could not find the part and then it was a federal grand jury to get that credit. On top of that they said they credited me the $10 and in fact immediately I got my bank bal and an email confirming no credit of $10!!!
They have absolutely no sales retention, they do not try and salvage or save the sale. They have no knowledge of what they are selling. Most agents sound like you woke them up from sleeping.
You ask for a supervisor and they refuse! Then tick you off even worse. The Chat line responses are rude and arrogant.
We will see if we ever get the parts~!!!
After 3 emails to them and no response, 10 calls in 5 hours ~ wasting my entire day??? Will NEVER be that stupid again as to think I will Q U I C K call and make an order to get this fixed~ W R O N G! Not if you call jc whitney!
