Refuses to refund for services not provided

I bought a 2004 Ram 1500 paid for paint/interior treatment and extended warranty. I lost the truck in a wheeling accident now Hartzeihm refuses to refund me the price of the Paint/interior treatment over a $1000 I paid. They are willing to work with refunding me my extended warranty but we will se how that goes.

I never got the Paint/interior treatment done and they refuse to refund money for services they never provided and told me to go to small claims.
