I worked for this company for a short while. As I go on you will understand why it was a short while. I began in August 0f 06 and ended in March of 07.
When I first started there was 2 other females in the Memphis location. One was a driver. (mother & daughter) It wasn't long and the mother had left then the daughter. Now I know why I wasn't going to be the last.
But, the next out the door. It was the supervisor. (Robert Williams) This is an angry, airagant, little man, who has a problem with working with women.
He had made a direct point to get me to leave the job, he humilliated me, embarrassed me, ridaculed me in every concieveable way possiable. Many lawyers that I've talked to won't take my case because he didn't call me the 'B' - word.
THE HOLLIDAYS:
It was around Christmas or so. Me & a co-worker were called into the supervisor's office. We were asked who was to work that weekend. My co-worker said 'just % & I are?' the supervisor went into a cursing fit by saying 'Then tell me why every M&*%$#F&^%#@R in this office is asking me IF WE ARE OPEN THIS WEEKEND!?' The supervisor asked my co-worker how long he'd been working there & if we had every been closed for a holliday? Then he turned to me..."Do you have a problem with working here — or working during the holliday?' And before I could answer he started acting like a kid. "blah - blah - blah!'
