A AAA Advantage Auto Transport
Damaged 2 cars

After many hours of research on different transport companies, I decided to hire A AAA Advantage Auto Transport, INC from Tempe Arizona. We were moving from Las Vegas to the east coast.

We signed the contracts and paid the deposits and we were told we would be called for scheduling. I did this a month before I was going to move. Two days before we are to move to the east coast from Las Vegas, we had not heard from the company. I finally got someone to call me back and set up a time to get 2 of my cars.

The temporary truck came to my home and loaded my 2006 Mercedes Benz, and my step-sons 2006 Scion tc. He said they would go to the lot in Tempe and then they would ship them to my east coast destination, which should arrive in 8-12 days.

Now, after driving across the country with the family, having the moving company arrive, unload a 6 bedroom house (a full truck), my wife unpacking the entire home, we still had not received the cars. To find out 18 days later, the cars hadn't left Tempe.

To jump ahead, (after hours of phone calls) when I finally find out the truck left Arizona, I get a call that the truck was due to arrive in 4 days. When the drivers arrived they told me the Scion was taken off in Tempe and would arrive a day or two later. I could not believe these morons would ship it separately to the same address, which means more gas and more money.

Anyway, the driver proceeds to tell me that my tires were slashed on their lot in Tempe. He thought it might have been an ex-disgruntle employee (go figure?) but they documented it and we took extensive pictures of the slashed tires. Remember, this car was a 2006 Mercedes and it was shipped in June of hence, a brand new car. The driver admitted it happened on their lot. Okay, we got the car off and drove it up the driveway on flat tires but we got my car.

Now, 4 days later, we are still waiting for the Scion to arrive but to find out it hasn't left Tempe yet, as a matter of fact, they couldn't find the car. To jump ahead again... We finally get my step-son's car 37 days later and 3:30 am, in the middle of the night, and guess what? All four tires and wheels were damaged. We took pictures and the driver documented the damage; also, a brand new car.

I contacted customer service and spoke to a Mr. Wilcox which told me to send the pictures and driver report to him and he would look at the claim. I even had another customer service rep get on the phone with me and try to bully me around and even threatened me. I laughed at him and even offered to purchase him a ticket to pay me a visit.

Now, after several weeks went by, and having to pay for very expensive tires for 2 cars, he said they were not going to pay the claim and it was not their fault. I asked him how could it not be their fault and he said they didn't ruin the tires. I said so "I flew out the Arizona, drove to the lot and cut all my tires and then got back on the airplane and flew home?"

Needless to say, this company is by far the worst to deal with and they won't return my calls and will not pay for the damage to my cars. This is straight from a TV show or movie. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I really would like an attorney to look at this as well as a possible Class action lawsuit, this company should not get away with this. Please help!!!
