I recently bought 2 Halogen head-lamps from Advance Autoparts, the salesperson was ethical and questioned basically required two or 1. I mentioned that I will possibly get two since I had been unsure if equally Higbeams were out or not and informed him if it generally does not work I'll simply return them.
After receiving home and identifying the lamp (s) weren't the trigger, I attempted to come back the lights 1.5 hours later. I had been subsequently informed that since I'd handled the lights I really could not return them-and they were no-good anymore. I'm today attempting to know how I'm designed to place a lamp in my own vehicle without pressing it of course if that's the situation, why was I not informed this in the pointofsale and where does it state this about the lamp deal. For me this isn't in whatever way to deal with clients. I'll be calling the Local Leader and certainly will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER and did I-say NEVER store at PROGRESS AUTO PARTS again. It's my objective to prevent everybody that I understand from actually buying as of this shop.
