We bought a car in 2003 and the dealer used CPS as the loan party. Things went ok till one year ago when we got behind for 2 payments. We got caught up, but they started harrass us over the phone if we are 3 days late.
They will call our work numbers even though they have been told not too. They also call our neighbors and family, not sure where they are getting the numbers, and they give out our private financial info. They will threaten to repo the car even if you are only 3 days behind.

We would love to be part of a class action suit against them. They are breaking many laws and need to be stopped. We will be contacted the Minnesota State Attorney Generals office to file a complaint with them also.
