I'll never Utilize U Haul Again

I've not obtained any solution back nonetheless!

1) Tursday September 12th - Our first email

I created a reservation to get a truck on 06/14 with karen at u haul department in bakersfield.

I informed her my location is monroe, california. She stated that she can't discover monroe within the checklist and he or she desired to understand if we've u haul area in monroe. I informed her that I am confident that there's one inside.

She still was informing me that she can't locate something for monroe. Lastly she explained that she'll place dallas as my destination-but I will fall the truck down in monroe easily noticed a u haul area.

Couple of days later after I was sighning the paper-work, i questioned her again concerning the location and he or she again asured me that so long as i return the without any more milage or less quantity of gasoline there's not a problem.

Today i check my charge card online and that I realized that there's one more $553.30 cost from u haul department in monroe, california.

I called the bakersfield department and and that I spoke to may mallwood. She launched himself whilst the supervisor helper. In my experience it seems like u haul team created an error but I've to cover it. Customer support for the reason that area is terrible. I note only handful of them:

1- The truck that I acquired was filthy and wasn't cleaned. Windshiled was high in dead insects. While i note this to felisha, who's the ton work, she stated that they're brief in team and that Iam alone in below. She was worrying about bill mcthrow who's the supervisor/operator. Lastly they didn't clean the truck. I've images and video movie.

2- I had been guaranteed a locker for that freight. After I requested karen, she visited a man who had been addressing for that supervisor and he explained "we-don't have any locker, get one".

3- I needed to place my vehicle on transporter. I requested felisha if anyone may show-me just how to secure the vehicle about the transporter. She stated "while you can easily see I am alone and I've virtually no time to exhibit you this. You are able to visit support division and obtain support. Client security isn't an issue for this u haul department.

4- We found inspectin component and again I had been informed to-go out and do the examination oneself and indicate the natural linen. I did so it-my home and that I wrote it along.

It was the toughest u haul customer support that I have ever seen. Your online site claims that I'll receive a respound with-in next 24 hours. I really hope so.

Hello katy,

Thanks your reaction to my email. You've described that with-in next two business days u haul may contact me. I received your reaction on thu, 12 jul. Nowadays is mon and that I haven't obtained any reaction from u haul yet. Please allow me to understand exactly why is that?
