How do they keep getting away with it? Ripoff business from hell

I been on the internet all day. All I have reading about is how hartford auto (ripoff) club, has been robbing people. Well they got me. They sent me the you can get free gas bull*#ht. Well im a AAA man myself, so i throw the letter away. I check my account balances 99.00 was taken from my checking account, i donot know how they got that information.
