Unbelievable intentional fraud on not diclosing abvious damages even with Bill of sale certifying no damages New York City And

Purchased vehicle out of state. Dealer advertised on his web site "Excellent Condition" Dealer signed deposit transaction statement and Bill of Sale of "no existing or previous damage" I have signed affidavit from the transport company condition of car existed upon arrival at dealership to pick up for transport.

Conditions of car upon arrival:

Hood has hail damage and 4 deep scratches 2 feet in length covered up poorly with touch up paint.
Passenger front fender repainted.
Passenger rear door existing damage 6 in diameter.
Hail damage on roof and trunk.
Three cigarette type burns on dash above instrumentation.
Numerous cigarette type burns in headliner.
Battery not secure. Missing hardware to retain battery.
Cruise control inoperative / wiring of cruise control loose not in factory position.
