FPX was recommended by Holley Corp. For exhaust fabrication for a classic car restoration. Contacted Chet and he required postal money order which he received June 26. Stated turn around would be 2 weeks. Months passed, certified mail was returned. Phone calls unanswered. Wrote to Holley to advise them. They would monitor any complaints.
Returned a call to Chet in January. He did not like contents of letter sent to Holley. Still no return of money. Contacted Holley the end of May and they are still recommending FPX knowing that I have been defrauded by Chet at FPX. Chet is listed with the BBB under both names for not responding to previous complaints.
Reports are on file with U.S. Postal Mail Fraud Div., TN Attorney General, Hamilton County D.A., Chamber of Commerce Chattanooga, Soddy Daisy P.D. And the BBB..
Chet at FPX talks a good game, is a scam artist and con, is incompetent and dishonest to say the least. He and businesses with his MO should be shuttered.
