First let me start with this. I applied to refinance my car loan through roadloans. They sent me the packet DHL and I sent it back with the return address label that I received and was told that Roadloans was footing the bill. Then, I started receiving collection notices from DHL saying that I owed a $65.00 delivery fee for the return of this packet. I called Roadloans and they told me that my loan was now with Triad and I would have to take it up with them.
So I called Triad and they said that they would have never paid for shipping because they do no do their loan papers through the mail... I got stuck paying that bill. On the second note, I am in the process of trying to buy a house. So last month my husband and I found that perfect house and started the process. Much to my surprise when I got a phone call from my loan officer telling me that we could not proceed for another couple of months because my car payment was showing that I was late in Feb and March. As I started researching this, I use bill pay through my bank. They show the money being wired to Triad both months within days of my due date. But according to my payment history with the company they didn't post to my account until after 30 days had passed. That means that both months they held the money for over 30 days!!! Then reported me late plus charged me late fees!!! So I called Triad and they said that there was nothing they could do... They go by when the payments post to thier account. I even told them that I proof from my bank with a confirmation number showing the money went into thier account on time. He again told me that there was nothing they could do. Finally I said, I can't beleive I am getting charged late fees and being counted as late because someone there couldn't get off thier lazy ass to type a date in the computer. This cost me the perfect home... I am pissed... Count me in the lawsuit!!!
