Auto bank and u save autos that are located in plantation Florida and Miami Florida were selling used bad cars with out inspection. When car owner only had the car for less than a month the car was completely a piece of trash that no car dealer should sell or want and was a safety hazard to anyone. Auto bank as well as car dealer claimed that the car was good through inspection and when they found out it was a lemon.
The car dealer and auto bank changed there story did not inspect or fix the car as they said. Had several conversations with u save auto which is the dealership as well as autobank who finance the lemon.
Mr Eagal Holiday or aka different names to customers every time you would call would not want to speak or work out this matter when they knew that the dealership was selling bad vechiles to hard working class people. This vehicle started to break down the day after it was driven off the dealership's lot. This was our family only means of transportation that caused us to lose a job due to constantly trying repair and resolve what they u save auto dealership sold us and autobank financed.
As time went by we stayed and paid our car payment to the autobank and Mr Eagal Holiday stated that all conversations were being record. But for some reason certain things the the bank which is auto bank agreed upon was edited out and they cheated and took our hard earned money. And damage other property that was not there own by coming to a place of residence to pick up the vechile and dragging out another car that was belong to the homeowner to take there vehicle and dragged that person's car, and left it in the middle of the street for someone to hit and then damage.
As they did this they also scratched and dug out that homeowners driveway that was just done. When the should knocked, called or ringed the doorbell for someone to assist. The homeowner as well as neighbors and other that live in the house came out to see this destruction of there property left in the street. Pictures were taken as well as the bank and recovery agency called agency is named south Florida recovery owner name is Edwin Martinez and driver who had done the damage was Jorge Lopez which we still do not know if these are real names.
So the person who purchased and paid there hard earned money for this vechile from u save auto was cheated and ripped off for the day we purchased the car by believing that they were going to resolve and fix the lemon that they sold to us. So we paid for this car and also paid to fix it as we went along do to we had no choice no car dealer wanted to take it as a trade in or buy it so that shows you what the the car was worth and how u save auto and auto bank will sell and rip anyone off to make a buck.
