I to have become a victim of this company. I have had a loan with them since 2003 Just recently they have contacted me and have mystriously lost 1 years worth of payments I have reciepts of payments made through western union quick collect yet they say they have not recieved any of these payments
Western union has confirmed all of these payments reached triad yet no one there can find them? They are threatning to charge off my account and repo my car. The kicker is although according to them i am 1 year behind i only owe 1200.00 how many of you only have a 100.00 a month payment on a 48 month loan for 10K
These numbers make no sence to me? I stubled onto this web site accidently this morning but lm glad i did although i find no comfort knowing this company is screwing this many people and has not been stoped. Ive have emailed my ag and fully inttended on furthering this i will not take it quietly.
I read alot of the story's log in here and it scares the hell out of me. Also one other point no matter haow many times i have ask them for statments i just dont seem to get them all my other bills find me i dont know why they cant.
