I order a Gas dirt bike for my son for Christmas and he has never been able to ride it because it won't start. I've called several times and spoke with their mechanic and he's trying to diagnose the problem over the phone and still hasn't found out why it hasn't been able to start. Their mechanic suggested I replaced the carburator and pull start (parts sent by their company) and it still won't work. Now he's trying to say that it probably needs a coil and in order for me to get the part he says I need to fix it but I would have to pay for the part to be shipped to me.
I spoke with Scott T (the owner) and he stated that the parts are the only items under warranty. Which I feel the warranty should not apply to items that were never in working condtion. Why would I be responsible for fixing a product that never worked. Obviously if the bike has never been riden, it's been less than 4 months since purchase and the bike requires 3 parts to be replace the bike it self isn't any good in the fisrt place and I feel the company knows it.
