Ripoff telling my Wife (Vanessa) they don't work on out of warrenty and over mileage on my wifes truck 1996 GMC Jimmy

This is what happened 01/10 when my wife visited
Carol Hogan Automotive in Columbus MS

Dottie Hord Service Consultant is the one individual that said the following too my Wife (Vanessa)

The following is what took place at Carol Hogan at the desk of Dottie Hord the service consultant

Vanessa: To set up appointment for her truck because it had some leaks that needed to be worked on and stopped and the blinker relay switch also needed replacing...

Dottie: She started to make the appointment then stopped and asked about mileage and the year of the truck...

Vanessa: 170,000 miles was not city miles it was highway miles...

Dottie: We don't service high mileage and out of warranty trucks we send our customers to Marty's Service Center 1233 Gardner Blvd Columbus MS 39702 662-327-0364
Vanessa: Asked why there was no response

(Note: We travel alot due the fact that I'm a union worker with the IBEW and this is the first time we ever had this done to us)

Dottie: Didn't respond with a word, she gave Vanessa her business card and then gave Marty's address and telephone number and told my wife that (dottie) sent her to them...

Vanessa: Thank her and walk out the door.

Carried it to Marty's Service Center and replace a water pump that was less than a year old claiming it was leaking puts another pump on but didn't give us the old back where we could have the core charge back to us and plus a NAPA automotive parts store put a life time warranty on it, then we get the truck back she drove it for no a day and produce a transmission coolant leaking problem they took care of the problem that they cause for the second time then they replaced the blinker switch they had to get into the steering column too that well the odometer doesn't work now...
March the 30th of 2007 my wife broke down in Pell City Alabama I was working and at dinner on my job had too leave to go get my wife and her truck the rods are knocking the engine is gone...

While, the Jimmy was at the Martys Service Center a Chuck Stockman the Service Manager took my wifes truck home without her consult... (Jimmy is the truck my wife has its a GMC)

My wifes truck was running fine before they worked on it we have our regular mech. Will provide the letter too back up that truck was running good...

There has been other people that had service with Marty's and treated like they there a bank plus the individuals was very unhappy for they work done there cars, they fix one thing then they mess with something else where you had to repeat there service...

We would like to get the job took away from Dottie Hord at Carl Hogan, because she was wrong we traveled alot and we had problem like this one where a GMC automotive place turned us down...

We would like also for Marty Service Center to buy my wife an automobile at there expense, due the fact its the last place it was when my wifes engine started knocking... Plus Chuck Stockman is to loose his job and it posted on his work reference that we drove another vechicle that was being worked on by Martys... The vechicle that they will pay for will be at no cost the skies the limit in full plus the title.

These people need to be stopped ripping off people, NOW.
