I needed to replace fly wheel on a 2000 f-150 and I called CARS and they said am I sure about the repair and yes I am sure I have worked on autos all my life. So I told CARS that it says to call before any work so I did and the first garage I went to said it needs a new fly wheel. I handed him my card and they called CARS then the garage called me back after a day and said you wont believe what CARS said that they did'nt believe the garage and he said that he wont deal with CARS becouse first they are asking for things they dont need to and they wont pay till they recieve the parts and then they run it threw tests and then maybe the payment might be autherized. The Garage said the only reason that the CARS company is saying all of this is so we wont do the work and there right. So I went to other garages in town and out of town and they all said the same thing CARS wont pay us. I thought it was a great idea to get this insurance when I bought my truck I payed 17,000 cash and then the carlot made it sound like this CARS company was top notch. So I gave them another $600 so I wont have to worry if something would go wrong with the truck you know piece of mind. RIGHT I live on a set income becouse I am disabled and it is sure nice to know that there are companys out there taking advantage of people like this. Oh and yes I fixed my fly wheel and it cost $600 and they would have had to pay $300
