I bought a set of tires and rims from this company in August, right away after buying the tires and rims that I spent $2,700 I noticed my car wasn't driving right, so I kept calling and stopping by the shop for assistance.
About 4 months later it was just getting worse, I kept calling the shop and stopping by but no one was ever there to help me.
Finally I went there and 2 mechanics at the shop stated the back left tire was installed wrong and that the tire was going to blow.
A week later on 441 and Lantana the tire blew out while I was driving.
I called again secret weapon and no one answered or called me back. I had the car towed to Tires Plus in Lantana, who said that the tires on my car where wrong size that I shouldn't be driving on them.
I than brought my car to Mercedes of palm beach who said they wont even work on my car with those tires due to that I have the wrong tires on my car.
I than went to Apex Automotive in Wellington who said that all 3 tires that I had left where completely not allowed to drive on, and that whoever put my tires on my car installed the wrong ones.
I bought new tires from Apex Automotive which costed me approx $1,200
I than once again tried to contact Secret Weapon and no one would help. I brought my car back to secret weapon and spoke with Joey the owner who said he isn't doing anything and its touch luck.
This guy has costed me so much time and aggravation im not sure what to do anymore. I shouldn't of had to pay to get all new tires only after 4,000 miles where on the old ones. I have spent well over 50 hours of my own time trying to get this resolved, I have spent over 4,000$ so far and it really has put a hurting on me.
Please let me know what you think I should do. I cant stand this guy, he is such a scum bag.
