My family and I brought a used car costing 8,500 from Cruising Auto. The next day the windows on the driver and passenger wouldn't go up & the air conditioner did not worked. We took the car back as my wife and I was told, if we brought a car from them and it had any problems, bring the car back and they will fix it for free as long as we pay for the parts.

When we got there we turned the car off to go inside and let them know what had happen. They came outside and one of the people who run this place got in the car to turn it on now low and behold, the car does not start. So they told us it was the alternater and they charge us 350.00 to have it fixed and the windows with air conditioner cost and extra 250.00 including the labor. I asked them why are we being charge for labor when you said if we buy a car from you that it would be fixed for free and we just pay for the parts, one of the saleman who is a relative said we don't fixed cars for free and if you want it fixed you would have to pay.

We had no choice but to fix it since we where in a hurry to get to our destination. So after they fixed it we went inside to paid and when we came outside to get in the car. Low and behold the car would not start. I went back inside to tell them it would not start and I was highly insulted by one of them saying you people are ridiculous. I am Italian and they are from Iraq which I accept everybody for who they are but, I felt they should not be pointing fingers with all the problems in the world that is going on right now.

Now they are telling us that the guy that fixed the left the door open while fixing the car and it cost the battery to go dead

I told them that we was not going to pay since that was their fault. They gave me a boost and try to charge me again. I told them I am not going to pay for something that someone else did.

The next day we notice that there is no bass when listening to music. We went in the trunk of the car and realized that their mechanic had stolen one of the speakers. Beware of this company!
