I financed a vehicle through them and had been making my payments until I recently fell on hard times. I lost my job and because I havent been home to get the calls, they are calling my mother and dad who are not a party to the loan. They are telling them they are attornys when I know they are regular collectors. They are discussing personal information with my parents which is against the fair debt practices act. They call 4 or 5 times a day even when they talk to my parents. I am turning them over to the California Attorney General for this gross violation.
They are like vultures and need to be stopped.
