I properly submitted a rebate I never received (for Purolator air filters in May sent to the address in Douglas, AZ). I sent several e-mail checking on the status of the rebate over the course of this time, but they never responded to any of them for a year and a half. They finally responded that they sent the rebate a year ago (if they did, I never received it) and now it is too late to do anything about. $2 is not a lot of money for The Express Group and Purolator over which to lose a customer, but they've managed to so so. Given how much postage is these days, it's just not worth it to do mail-in rebates.
