Ordered products 9/14/06.10/13/06 Have never recieved anything not even courtesy phone call. I've made 2 dozen calls and they put you on hold and transfer you from rep to rep whom I believe is all the same guy, perpetrating to be different individuals!

Simply put they take your order charge your credit card and never fulfill. They wear you down and piss you off until you cancel order, then you charge you 10% for doing absolutely nothing other than listening to you complain. Its a brilliant scam, if he takes $10,000 in orders a day thats a $1000 a day in cancellation fees! Although I believe I will have difficulty trying to receive anything back!
I notified American Express-currently investigating, Better Business Bureau, FBI, Santa Clara District Attorneys Office for Fraud. Filed complaint with each entity.

I work for a Very Large Corporation, I ordered parts for a Company Demo Vehicle Im building and got taken. The Companys Legal Dept will be notified as well to pursue court action against this entity. I sure hope they made enough money ripping everyone off, because I would love to watch them burn it up trying to defend themselves. Its the principle of the matter. These guys need to shut down, out of business to protect vulnerable others from the grief I've experienced for the past 5 weeks. It will be my pleasure to take the witness stand. I do not want to take to small claims. I want to GO BIG!
