My fiance purchased a car from the aforementioned company in May of this year. He kept up with all of his car notes up until last month. He was supposed to pay his car note on Saturday before 6pm. He had to work and didn't get off until 9pm.By the time he would have made that trip from Katy to the other side of town, they would have been closed (It's about a 45 minute commute.)
On Sunday morning, we woke up to his alarm blaring around 6:30 am. When we went outside to see what was going on, we saw 2 men, one in my fiance's car and one in another vehicle. They had the master keys and told my fiance that his car was being reposessed. We offered to pay them the cash for the note, but they declined. We also offered to write them a check, but they declined. They told us that if we wanted the car back, we had to talk to the owner. We tried numerous times to speak with the owner, and had no success. Finally when we talked to him, he told us that we had to pay the remaining balance on the car, whice was over $3000.00. He said that if we could not come up with that amount, there was nothing else that he could do for us. No we are without a car that we invested thousands of dollars into.
