To whom it may concern

I traded in a 2004 pt cruiser GT turbo (vin#3c8fy78g74t327290) On march 30.

And bought a chevy silvrado 1500 ls model truck
(VIN#1gcec19v76z225618). The seller douglas harding / autotopia waz suppose to pay off loan.instead sold the pt cruiser to another customer. Without paying loan off, instead just made payments on the car from march to july.

He has aparentally fraued me plus many many othe consumer with this same senario!
