ASAP sent incorrect engine, wouldn't give credit for shipping on return, didn't credit my account $700 on return Ripoff

This dates back to April 20, so I have taken this language from a timeline I have prepared along the way:

4-20-06 An engine was ordered by Cartel Auto Service (Keith) from ASAP. Although Cartel wasn't to repair the car, they were a trusted service vendor we use and we were helping us find an engine. The car, my son's 1994 Toyota Celica, was located at Jeff's Auto in Wadsworth, OH (Jason). The engine type was confirmed to be a 1994 1.8 liter Federal Emissions and was ordered with a 17 digit VIN number at a cost quoted over the phone by ASAP of $700. (Please note that later I checked the ASAP website and the cost didn't even match up on the website to the correct year.)

4-26-06 The engine was delivered to Cartel and Jeff's picked it up the following Monday.

5-5-06 Jason at Jeff's Auto removed the old engine and found the one shipped was not correct. Although it was a Federal Emissions Engine it was obviously much newer and didn't fit at all, with pipes different, mounting brackets didn't match.

5-15-06 We were having considerable trouble finding an engine all along so we were at their mercy and agreed to send back the incorrect engine and replace it with the correct one. Bruce at ASAP authorized the change and after 3 phone calls, they finally sent an authorized change form by fax to Jason.

5-16 to 5-24-06
Several phone calls were made to ASAP by all of us, (Cartel, Jeff's and myself). First series of calls were about the engine and when it was to be shipped. Bruce said it was already shipped and should be there in a couple days. Two days passed and Jeff called again, same story. Two more days passed and Jason and I both called and were told the original engine was received but needed to be inspected first (Bruce said that the former person handling the case was no longer there and this person (Brett or Brent, I believe) handled this and he didn't know why he told us the engine was shipped). We told Bruce that he, Bruce, is who we've all been talking to all along. I had his name on my notes from three weeks prior.

We were all given the runaround, lied to and even disguised voices. First you are put on hold about 10 times and are told by Dina or Bina that she doesn't know anything about it and then transfers us to Bruce. For three weeks or so we talk to Bruce and Dina and every time we call, we go through the same ordeal and they claim they know nothing about it. This happened several times, from a time frame of 30-minutes to 2 days between calls. The bottom line each time is that Bruce and Bina refuse to take blame for the error and will only send a new engine if we pay the shipping back to Texas for the incorrect one and also the shipping for the new one. (Note we already paid it once at $140)

By the way, Bruce escalates this lie further by claiming to all three of us, Keith, Jason and myself, that he has now taken over the file and intends to resolve it because supposedly the former person no longer works there. But, HELLO! Bruce is who we've been talking to all along. This is getting to be too much. One time Bruce even told me Bruce was not available and had already gone home for the day&but I recognized his voice.

Keith at Cartel told me I should call the president of the company or someone in charge and when I did a google search for ASAP Motors, up popped up your website about 20 different times.
I called everyone and we started a new search for the engine. Thankfully we found one and they had it delivered within two days.

To date, we have not heard one word from them about the engine, nor was I refunded on my credit card and I am flat out $140 shipping that I paid cash for too!

Please help.
