On febuary i went to american import center because i supposly qualified for a loan. So i gave her my ss# and she said it was too low and tried my boyfriends then she said his was even worse and said to try my mom. I hesitated for a moment and she said well i just want to check your moms credit to see what options we have so my mom let me run her credit and i waited a few hours.
Seriously and she came back and said okay well lets see what type of car your intrested in so we can see what we can do to help you? So i picked out a car and she went to see how much it would be every month. So a few hours went by and came back and had me choose what payment plan i wanted and i chose one. Then she comes back and says okay were gng to send the papers to ur mom asap and ur car will be registered in a diffrent state so u wont pay taxes and u wont have a promblem.
So then i got the car and my mom couldnt get my tags unless the car was there in nevada and i would call and the dealer said well its not our promblem anymore. So i felt ripped off because it was all about comission so she could care less if i was gng to run into promblems! So i stayed with temp tags for 2months and finally i got a vin inspection on my own and got my tags. Then they started calling calling telling me please call us we have a solution we can help u get tags (when i already did).
I never called back i was unhappy customer so then she called and called and started saying that the police went to the dealer and they said they were gng to press charges on me because i didnt have any tags (little did they know). I still didnt call back too bad my messages got erased otherwise i wouldve had prrof for trying to threaten me... Or scare me. She never once told me that my mom score was good and that if i wanted to continue still she processed everything so fast and assured me i wouldnt run into promblems..
I guess because im young she took advantage of it. I had such an inconvienience everyone i told my situation too said why would the car be registered in a diffrent state when its residing here? And well they thought it was fishy. So im complaining because they are crooked up there... And a month latermy service engine was on and my back window didnt roll up or down. It is terrible... Never go to american imports theyll do anything to get paid... No matter what...
