This company just downright sucks. It takes at least a day and a half to get any kind of a response once the dealer calls them with their estimate. The bottom line is that I rented a car and the extended warranty only covers 5 days. It ended up being 11 days, mostly because of all the delays with First Extended.
I called them and was very rudely told that under no circumstances do they cover more than 5 days rental car. I asked "Is that it?" The rep said "Yep" and I hung up. I think they should have at least kicked in another day or two as a good customer service gesture but they wouldn't even discuss it.
