Just Brakes in Alpharetta, GA is a business set up to rip off consumers. I've been to this location for a few years going back and forth on a supposed "lifetime warranty". Over that period of time I have spent over $1000!!! Each and every time I return there are new and serious problems that "must be repaired". After the brakes are said to be repaired they grind terribly. The manager said that brakes are "supposed to grind after a replacement". This is crazy! When I've been in the waiting room I've never met anyone who actually got the $99 complete brake job. The shop has a permanent sign up seeking help (staff is constantly quitting - managers are always changing).
The next time I may go in with a secret video or I'll contact Clark Howard's team.
Just Brakes is actually a criminal ring.
