My truck was turned in for a front end allignment at a pre quoted cost of $39.95 the repairman said he would have my truck for about 1-2 hrs. They have had my truck for a total of 12 hours and when i called to see if it were finished they said sorry they had not started yet and it would be 1 hr and it would be finished i showed up 1 hr later and they said it was not finished and they needed it for another day and that it would cost $165.00 for parts and labor when i said no they said it was too late and they had already taken it apart and did some things to it so it would have to be finished and it could not be driven until it was finished. The place i am referring to at the same time had another person complaining about poor craftsmanship and how they had charged her alot of money and they really never fixed the problem
the buisness is very poorly run, and the quality of mechanics is also questionable.
