Refused to give a deposit back on a car that we did not purchase

We requested a refund of the $500.00 deposit that we gave the dealership because they tried to charge us 10% interest rate and we received 2% from another Nissan Dealership. They refused to give us a refund and refused to give us a copy of the paperwork. They stated "We are here to make money".
