After advertising in local newspaper I received a call from these phonies. Jack Burns touted how fast they sell your vehicle by offering financing, arraging shipping and offer to setup a warranty for the customer. It seems they all have the initials JB. Jack Burns, Jim Beck. Whatver their name is today. It's all bullshit. I'd like to know how many vehicles they have actually sold / delivered. The agreement is there to protect their ass only. I agreed, I will take the hit. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! I paid the tuition for this lesson. You get the benefit for free.
They will get burned sooner or later, I believe that shit happens to crooked people and these people will get what they deserve.
Employees that are called independent contracors must be licensed and insured and pay their taxes. I hope the State & Feds nail their ass to the wall.
I will pursue this in my own way, may the good guys win.
