After advertising in the local newspaper, I received a call from these phonies. Jack Burns touted how fast they sell your vehicle by offering financing, arranging shipping and offering to set up a warranty for the customer. It seems they all have the initials JB. Jack Burns, Jim Beck. Whatever their name is today. It's all bullshit. I'd like to know how many vehicles they have actually sold / delivered. The agreement is there to protect their ass only. I agreed, I will take the hit. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! I paid the tuition for this lesson. You get the benefit for free.
They will get burned sooner or later, I believe that shit happens to crooked people and these people will get what they deserve.
Employees that are called independent contractors must be licensed and insured and pay their taxes. I hope the State & Feds nail their ass to the wall.
I will pursue this in my own way, may the good guys win.
