I bought a car from auto connectionz of oconomowoc, Wi two years ago in september. I am a young female and i needed a good reliable car so i was told to go to them.in the past i have always had beater cars, and for my birthday i had asked my father to co sign for me and he did.
We got the car and it only had 40k miles that were supposed to be believed to be original, bought a carfax and everything. Any ways i go the car and they let me take it home and i was told to bring it back on a friday to get some of the scracthes on it buffed out, cuz the guy that did it wasn't there the day i actually got the car. Well there weren't any problems with the car until 17days after i had it. I was driving it one day and all of a sudden the oil light came on. And come to find out the oil pan had a hole in it and leaked all the oil out of the car. Now i live in a small town and i only drive maybe at the most five miles a day to get to work.
Work was the only place i really had time to go to in the time that i had the car and i know that the oil should have never leaked out of the car. They told me that the had given me an oil change when i first got the car. And since i didn't drive far at all i know that they must have done something wrong when they did the oil change because it wasn't leaking when i first got it. And the fact that they had me bring the car back after i had already bought it without any warrenty makes me think that they messed with it.
Also when my father and i returned to the dealer they were very mean and bascially rude and said that there was nothing that they could do for me. I had this car for only 17 days and if it really had only 40k miles on it this should have never happened unless they did something wrong when i had them change my oil and buff the scracthes out. They were also very rude when i went to their mechanic and asked some questions about the car, they acted like they didn't have the time of day to even answer a few of my questions. Now if it really wasn't that they did something wrong than i am sure they wouldn't have acted that way at all. A good company would do anything they could to make their customer happy. And they did not! Please use your good judgement and if their in a company on this rip off report like Auto connectionz be aware and be carefull before you buy! You'll save yourself a huge head ace!
