The finally payment was made on a friday morning with a credicted card I was told that my last payment was Tuesday the total was told $357.00 so I told them I pay the hold the on thing on Friday and they pressing me to make a payment the small amount of $80.00 so Friday I get the the Manager James who was my sale person when I purchase the items knew me was to swipe the credicted card. So anyway I told James that I was gone to pay 300.00 today which was the Friday I was there and on Tuesday I would pay the Balance of $57.00, so he was ok so swiped the the card then he gave me a receipt for the card then I ask him James to repeat the balanced so act he pulling up my file and "oh it will be $138.00" I said no it will be 57.00 because that will be the last payment of my purchase rental he James no thats if you would paid it in full I said why didn't u say that before u swipe the card. Then he said it surprisely like oh' I'm sorry and I said can I cancelled the credicted card and recharge for the whole amount of $357.00. Then he was like "let me see what i can do "he clicks on his mouse on his computer like he's doing something and 30 senconds later he said its to late. Then tries to brush me to the side so like the new clients wouldn't hear what gone was between our conversation it wasn't any drama, because I couldn't believe this guy, the manager was trying to play me for the ok dokie role like i didnt know he could cancel the card recharge me for $357.00 but was try to get to 138.00 by th March 30. So, I left told my parents what happen an it was my mom credict card so she call James ask him what happen he told my mother I didn't say to recharge the amount of 4357.00 and my mother ask me to get on the end of the phone to hear him say this and I told him he know he waslying and and my mother said to him James u and I know that does not make sences for me not want to recharger and then my mother said what if we cancel the card and pay in cash that would be because the company chargers the credicted cards until after 12midnight and we had until 7 pm that Friay to do it so me my mother left to go Rent n Roll we got the cash went the Rent an Roll where I had charger the card we had to ask and beg for a receipt and we also had to ask, and beg for proof of purchase showing I finish paying off the rentals. So after that we call the credicted card company and told them to stop payment on it they said ok they but it wont be active until that Tuesday on Feb 28 so after all that they charger our credicted card they didnt call us to let us know or anything.
