Rippoff No customer service repair after the Hurricane Wilma at this Audi Deale

I have taken my car to be repair after the Hurricane Wilma at this Audi Dealer in October 31st 2005. I was called that my car was ready to be pick up in Nov 10.

On Nov 11 I went to get my car... After I was asked to pay the bill in the total amount $8,654.87 I was waiting for the car. Finally after 45 min of wait my car has showed up. When I look closely I realized that the wind shield was not replaced (being broken), the headlights and the taillights were not replaced, the wheels were not repolished, the new paint was smearing aver the chrome trimmings, and the leather interior was badly damaged by greasy solution which was applied unnecessarily.

I pointed out to the service adviser Mike Diaz all these things that I was charged and paid and they were not done, as he took notes I left him there returning to my rental car which at this time was paid by Quarto Collision, the body shop which is working in exclusively for Prestige Imports.

Two weeks later I called to find out the status of my car, and I was told by Mike Diaz that that weekend it will be ready. Well the weekend has passed and on Monday Nov. 21 I get a call from the Dealer telling me that my car was stolen over the weekend but they were happy that they were able to recover it. I was in shock!

On Nov. 25th I went to ANCHOR TOWING to release my car from the Towing company, and I was told by my service advisor Mike Diaz that the car will be picked up that afternoon. Well 2 weeks later I called the dealer to find out if my car is ready, just so I find out that my car is still at the Towing Co. After they got it since I made a big deal they sent the car to be checked by the service department and to finish the job. Well 3 weeks has past more and I call since no one took the time to follow up with the statusI spoke with Service Mgr. Sabrina which told me that she has no keys to get into my car. So by now they wasted 5 weeks just have the car sitting at the Towing Co. And in the Service Parking Lot. I gave them my second set of keys. To work on it. Bottom line my car was brought to me on February 16th. Almost 4 months later. But do you think is over, I wish it was. The job was not done completely, I had one of the quarter rear windows that was forgotten to be tinted, one of the Audi QUATRO sings was missing. The Check Engine light was ON, and a the windshield that was replaced is blurry in my eye sight, which gives me a dizziness like you will put on eyeglasses even if you don't need them.

Well I took the car back on Tuesday Feb. 21st, the done all of the above except they had decide that they will DECLINE to replace my windshield since they think is nothing wrong with it. Well this is a issue of my life safety and Audi will do nothing about it!

Bottom line I requested after this ordeal to be released from my contractual agreement with Audi since I am not happy with the outcome of their service. I am paying $581.00/mo and I expect high level of service and customer service, something that Prestige Imports Audi has NONE!
