It all started when i ordered a 250 four wheeler for my boys for x-mas. I was promised that i would get it before x-mas and that did not happen. I finnally recieved it about a week and a half later only to find out that it was defective.
I called them right up the next day and told them the problem and they said they would send me new parts for it. Which i did recieve some of them got it back toghther to find out that it did the same thing all over again. I called them back the next day to tell them i wanted my money back i would send them the bike back. Which i did the very next day.
They recieved it three days later. I called them up and asked when i would recieve my refund. They told me i would recieve it in a couple of days. Which took over a week to get only parcial payment credited to my debit card. It has been an on going battle to get the rest of it. They only owe me $344.77 thats not including the $198.30 they said i would not get back. That was non refundable. Which i said whatever. I would like the $344.77 owed to me. They said they would send it ups over night, gave me a tracking # and every time i checked the status of that ups had no infomation on it. So i finnally called them back yesterday 2/3/06 they day it was supose to be delivered and they said they sent it they would have to call ups to see what happened. I called them back every 20 minutes until they said they would stop payment on that one and send me another one over night. Once again i called ups this morning and they have no information on it. This has been going on for three weeks trying to get the $344.77 that is owed to me. I am getting really sick of getting the run around. I did what they asked me to do which was ship their bike back and i would recieve my money. They recieved their product where is mine? I would not recomend that anyone puchase anything from them if this is what you have to go through!!
