They called me and told me i would recieve 8000.00 in credit all i had to do was give them 149.95 and they would send in the mail - i asked if that was the only cost and she told me yes - on the recording thers was something stated about 29.95 per month and i asked her what that was and she said it didnt apply to me.
I recieved the portfolio with 8000 dollars worth of coupons and other stuff - no credit card! Less than 2 weeks go by and they took 359.40 more from me, i called and asked for what and they said annual fee - i knew nothing about it - she said i could cancel and she gave me an authorization number and hung up on me.
I have recieved a letter stating i will get my money back in 30 days from when they recieve portfolio, i sent it back registered mail and they recieved it on 6-12-06, it hasnt been 30 days but i called twice to make sure they rec ieved it and every time i call they hang up on me as soon as i tell them who i am., I wonder if i will ever get my money back, if i dont get it within 30 days, can u help me?
