We received an emergency call drive to Reno, Nevada. Not sure if we would be caught in snow while there and not having chains for our pickup, we purchased a set at our local Les Schwab store.
The salesperson assured us we could return the chains if we did not use them or were not happy with them. Having patronized the store prior to this purchase without problem, we purchased the chains.
As it turned out, we did not need the chains and after looking at how complicated they were, we took our receipt and chains back to Les Schwab to return them. The same saleperson waited on us.
He told us we would have to wait until April to return the chains and with no further explanation, walked away. No one else in the store could give us an explanation or our money back.
