I was contatced by WFS Finacial to inform me that my truck payment was 10 days late and in danger of being repoed! They lady on the phone named misty was the most rude lady I have ever dealt with. I was told that the payment of $602 was late and that I had to pay $802.
I told her that I would have the money in a day or so and she told me that I had to have the money by noon the next day or they would be commng to get my truck. I informed here that the truck had recently broke and I was getting it fixed as well as moving in a new home and that it would take a day or so but would not be able to come up with the 802 only 602. She told me not to even bother send the money unless it was all there.
Every time I called the next day the total I needed was always 200 more then I had. Two days later whenb I had the 800 she told me I needed 1000. She then told me to only work through her and not to tal to anyone eles in the company and that she was very upset with me because it was my fauklt she missed her christmas bonus! That is when I asked to talk to her superivisor which just made things worse.
The supervisor informed me that we bought the car illegaglly but If I made the payment in full they would not say anything about it. My mother purcheased the truck and after a few months decidide she did not want it. I Took over the payment ad started to use the truck.
I told the Supervisor that I did nopt care about them missing there bonus. He got very frustrated and told me that I needed to get the payment or the truck would be repoed. Every time I got the number they asked they raised it on me. The told me several times not to send the mnoney I had until I had it all and it would do no good and that there was nothing I could do that the truck would be taken.
The repo man broke into a private property 6 acre lot on a moutain after beine told he would be handed the truck the next day without any problems and took the truck. If I would of sent the moeny I had when I needed to pay 602 and not listened to her I would of been fine and could of cought right back up.
This company does not deserve to be in buisness and I can think of a few other things for the employees I would like to say thast i dealt with. MIsty and the superivisor of her I wish you Get one day what you put on people.
