I received via mail a extended warranty policy in the mail, I called it sounded very good, so i gave them the deposit, since there was a 30 day money back no questions asked, i received the book, and had a cert. Mechanic take a look at it. He said that for me it was not worth the investment. So i wrote the company a cancellation letter on the 19th of October, faxed, called, and mailed the information for cancellation. On November 1st they still took out a additional payment, i called them was left on hold for 25 min. And never received a phone call back. When i finally got intouch with some one they gave me the run around, they stated the policy was cancelled on 10/20/05, but for some readon they still took out the money on Nov. 1st. And said they will look into it it must be a computer glich. And it would take days if not a few weeks to refund my money. This is unexcitable, since they took the deposit out within 24 hours, why do i have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back, and now have to fight for the first payment.
