Nationwide insurance repeatedly cancelled my policy even though I always paid my premium on time every month. They failed to tell me that I had been cancelled because I "failed to pay my premium." Upon a visit to their office, I asked to see my file. Low and behold, all of my checks were in my file. The office had failed to turn in my checks for the past FOUR months. They were just sitting in my file collecting duct. Had I been pulled over by a cop, I would have been hauled off to jail. When I confronted the owner of the company, his response was "I have screwed you up so bad that I can just not fix it. I hate to lose business but I am going to suggest that you sign on with another company all together." He suggested that I try Allstate.in the past year, I have had three different policies with Nationwide because of cancellations and "mix-up" all due to their laziness and failure to complete everyday work activies in the office. Nationwide should be ashamed of their practice and should no longer be in business. I could sue them for all they have.
