I will keep this short and simple.
I ordered a swaybar kit (front and rear) for my 1988 Toyota 4runner from this company. I tried to have the parts installed twice by Toyota specialists with over 25 years experience. Both times I was told it is the incorrect part. It is a direct replacement part and the dimensions are not the same.
So, I give them a call and ask to speak with someone about the issue. The only guy I can speak to on the phone is the sales guy. He promises somebody from customer service will call me back. I fax threm a digital picture of the parts and they swear up and down that it is the correct part even though it's not. I call 3 or 4 more times requesting to talk to somebody and get the same response. They simply refuse to contact me about the problem.
Little did I know, they were putting me off while the chargeback function on my credit card expired (60 days). These guys are professional ripoff artists. Don't let this happen to you, I am now well aware that you only get 60 days.
