It took almost a month to fix my RV.
I was quoted $370 dollars to fix the bent landing gear on my 5th wheel. This was an over the phone quote and I should have got it in writing, because when I showed up to pick up the trailer, the lady at the service counter said that will be $550 something dollars.
What! Your services guy said $370 she then started to read off the various charges and came back with a figure of 400 and something dollars. Now I'm thinking this is some kind of scam or what?
So it took 18 days to get the part (s). They had to order them from back east somewhere maybe Keystone. $168.30 and 2 hours to install at $90 an hour labor, freight charge of $23.75 and Extras $ 33.83 what ever that is??? Environmental fee $1.00 shop supplies 9.00 and $13.83 in tax.
Anyway it wound up costing me $395.00 so far the landing gear are working. Funny thing about getting bad service. It's like they shoot their self in the foot twice. Won't buy anything else from them and won't get anything service there again and word of mouth as an extra added bonus.
