I caller scammer on may 20th to ask about a bumper he had for sale on e-bay, he said his name was josh. He said he had the bumper and that it was for a 4 door bmw. He said it had been scratched and he would discount it to 270.00 for me. I agreed to purchase and wired money on monday the 21 2005. After calling for 5 days to get a tracking number i finally got joe on the phone, he said he was the mgr, and he fired josh and he would send out the bumper the next day. Later that night he called me and said that he was new to e-bay and he would like to keep his account name good, he asked me to leave him good feedback and he would do the same for me. He also said he would send the bumper out overnight the next morning for me helping him out. I did as he asked because he sounded honest.
3 WEEKS LATER. I am still calling this fool to get my item shiped. I told him i would call the houston police if he did not ship it out that day. 10 days later i got my bumper... This bumper looks like it was hit by another planet!!! Holes punched in it, tears missing parts. The foglights he sent went to a mercedes about 15 years older, (which he still has on e-bay right now item number 4563144432).
I have been calling this scammer for 2 1/2 mo. Lies, lies, li well you get the point. I have sent letters to his house, i told him i would get a warrent for his arrest in douglas county georgia, i would have him sent to georgia to answer to his crimes, and i was going after 20000.00 in damages, NOW HES A MAN OF HIS WORD... HA, HA, HA!
I found he has done this to a lot of people on e-bay. This is not the first and will not be the last we do something about it...
