This really disappoints me in a dealership that Chrysler has given 5 star rating to, by mistake - or is it all fake, I assume since I yet to receive one of those survey mailers that ask for your service feed back.
Anyways reading other comments about Dodge Land USA, prompted me to tell you about what happened 3 months ago. My car broke down on Ann Rd about 2 miles from the dealership, I called them, they said that I had to call for a tow, I said I just used my last change to call you from a public phone, can you please call one for me. "Ya right", that was the response from the service department.
I said I will even give you my driver license number in case you think I'm lying!"Common Sir, I was not born yesterday, if you want service get your car here", and hung up. So having no choice, I walked about 1 mile to get change and called a tow truck.
By the time I got there they were closed. I had to leave my car there. Went to their show room, to call someone to pick me up, I was directed to the pay phone by the vending machines, while there were 5 or 6 empty offices with phones in them!
