On July 12-05, aprox 8;15 pm. My auto was towed from the Meridain Apt. Complex with a valid parking permit displayed. A 4-wheeled auto with the parking brake on was towed by a standard tow truck. The parking permit was still in view. I was told that if I wanted my auto, pay up. I believe that they are filling in a slow night with vaild parkers being victomized. I am mad as H*l.
