In Nov purchased a Harley Davidson for $6000.00 and never recieved the bike ebay holds no responsibility for this transaction and says that I was taken to a fraudulant ebay site thinking that it was ebay. I was told to send the money western union and felt uncomfortable with this type of transaction, ebay financial emailed me back to tell me that they highly recommended the seller and this is the way transactions out of country go. Said that I would be contacted once the money was recieved and the bike was shipped. WELL NEVER heard from anybody and the money was picked up the next morning by alais John Parker. I investigated this only to see that this alais had the same bike/bikes for sale under up to five different email addresses and I let ebay know They still let this alais person advertise on ebaymotors knowing that he will take you to a fraudulant website that looks exactly like ebay!!! They hold no liability and all they can say is sorry for your loss. I feel that ebay should be responsible for my full refund and all of the other people who have been victimized whether it be motorcycles or whatever pictures he/she may be selling now. They know this is FRAUD and continue to let this happen!!! I will let everybody I know EBAY HOSTS FRAUD AND THIEVES!!! And they know it!!! Just a sorry dosen't cut it ebay!!!
