My wife and I purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from Folsom Lake Dodge. On our drive home to Vacaville we noticed the rear glass of the hard top would not stay shut when the windows were open (even if cracked). The pressure inside the vehicle would cause the rear glass to pop open. Being a "certified" vehicle we drove it to our Vacaville dealer who notified us that this wasn't covererd under the extended warranty or the certified agreement. They offered to contact Folsom Lake Dodge to attempt to resolve the issue - as they agreed it was a major issue that the rear glass would not remain closed. Although Vacaville Dodge did a great job of working with us, Folsom Lake Dodge refused to authorize the work to resolve this basic issue - and verbalized that the problem may be related to owner error stating that I may have done something that caused this problem. They also questioned my failure to notice this on the test drive. I agree that I did not roll down the windows while traveling 65mph on the test drive, and would have found the problem had I done so. I truly enjoy the vehicle I purchased, however am quite stunned that Folsom Lake Dodge will not resolve this major issue that is probably a simple fix.
